Dr Rick Sherman has been a world leader in the use of biofeedback for meaning years and continues in his retirement to lead workshops and training internationally. His background has been in physical rehabilitation and pain management and for many years he developed and ran programs through the US Marine Corp.
Dr Sherman has been asked to give a presentation that presumes no prior knowledge of biofeedback and which describes the many ways that biofeedback can enhance treatment outcomes 8n areas such as rehabilitation, pain, stress management and in dealing with emotional trauma.
Registration is free for members of the Pain Management and Rehabilitation Network and students of the postgraduate physiotherapy training at AUT.
