Our practice deals in all aspects of Health and Primary Care Psychology and Rehabilitation. We draw on the skills of a wide range of clinicians to help people achieve the best quality of life possible.

Our aim is to offer the best assistance possible to those wanting help with issues that are causing them physical and/or psychological distress. We have a network of skilled professionals (including psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, psychiatrists,  physiotherapists, pain specialists, chiropractors and social workers) who can provide services in most of the main centres throughout New Zealand.

We are able to work with families, couples and individuals, the elderly and the young, and also have staff who are skilled in cross cultural work.

We use a wide range of psychological approaches designed to help clients resolve their current issues. We also use cutting edge technologies such as biofeedback and neurofeedback (where appropriate) that enable treatment to be more effective in a shorter time.
